"I have worked with State Farm Agent Philip Piersol and his staff since 2003. We have had many residences, cars and other policies with his agency. I always get all questions answered promptly and professionally. They work with me and help provide options that we can work within our budget. In 2018, when a tree fell on one of the homes, Philip personally showed up that day to help in any way he could. His staff is always thorough and knowledgeable. If they need to follow up with underwriting, they do so in a swift manner. I appreciate that! I have worked many times over the years with Brandi and Steve (now retired) and recently McKensie. Most of the time I call into the office, caller ID directs me to my main contact, Grace. Is that a sign that she knows how to handle me? LOL She has become like a family member as she listens to every concern I have and gets me info as needed. Grace is beyond helpful, and she has helped juggle a lot of changes over the past few years for me. Recently, my husband went to the DMV to purchase a vehicle from a friend. I thought he would give me 24 hr notice, but he called to say he was on his way to retitle a vehicle that we did not have coverage for... needless to say it was on a day I was traveling and not prepared to send info over to State Farm. I emailed the registration to Brandi, she took care of adding the coverage in a short shake and provided a temp card for us to present at the DMV.
